─ Do not edit, trace, or otherwise alter my work, either by yourself or through a third party.NOTE: The one exclusion to this rule being to resize/crop a commissioned image for use as an icon.─ You are allowed to use the artwork for personal/non-commercial use.
(For commercial use works fees apply - the details of which are set on a case-by-case basis)─ With proper credit to the artist,
the patron may upload their commissioned piece to their social media.THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE ANYTHING TO DO WITH AI IMAGE GENERATING PROGRAMS/ SITES/ APPS OR NFTs (otherwise known as Non-fungible tokens) NOR IS IT ALLOWED TO BE UPLOADED TO DEVIANTART, IMGUR, OR ANY SITE KNOWN TO SCRAPE DATA. The patron agrees that no contracts the patron signs/signed/will be signed with other entities will supercede the artist's right to their artwork.I do NOT consent to/permit/allow my art to be put into any AI systems for any reason or used with/as/for NFTs.
Doing so will revoke the licensing agreement with the patron and return all rights immediately and entirely to the artist without refund to the patron. The patron will have to remove all instances of the art from any links / social media/ etc.
Failure to do so will subject the patron to legal action.If legal action is necessary,
the patron consents to pay for any and all legal fees (court and attorney costs) related to pursuing corrective action for failure to comply with the artist's ToS contract.─ You may NOT sell my art for a profit.
You may NOT resell YCHs.─ Let me know in advance if you do NOT want your commission to be streamed -
it's completely alright if you don't! ♡─ Vice versa, if you would like your piece to be streamed to watch my progress, then I will endeavor to accommodate that.─ PLEASE NOTE: it is the patron's responsibility to provide reference materials requested by the artist within a reasonable time period from the start of the commission. If a patron fails to provide the requested reference material within 1 month then the commission will considered frozen. If the commission retains the frozen status for 3 months, then the commission will be canceled due to lack of action on the part of the patron and any payment rendered prior will be considered a gift.
No refund will be issued.─ ☽ - ❂ - ☾ ─

THE PROCESS─ ☽ - ❂ - ☾ ── Once paid, the commission will be added to my queue in the order it was received.
I do not accept rush orders at present.─ Depending on category of piece you've ordered and my queue, my turn around time (TaT) should fall within 1-6 weeks.
I will notify you if I need more time.─ Your position in the queue and current progress will be available on my trello for your convenience.Please do not hound me about your commission within the TaT window.
Excessive messaging will be considered harassment and could lead to your commission being canceled.
Please be conscious of the impact such behaviors have.
Thank you. ♡─ You, as the patron, will have the opportunity to request major changes when presented with the initial sketches.
Any major changes in another stage of the commission is subject to an additional charge dependent on the complexity of the change.─ I have up to four stages with which you can correct relevant faults without additional charges, they are as follows:─ Stage 1: Sketch
(Pose / Concept / Expression / Major edits)─ Stage 2: Lining
(Expression / minor edits)─ Stage 3: Coloring
(Color corrections / marking fixes.)─ Stage 4: Lighting/Shading (if applicable)

PAYMENT GUIDELINES─ ☽ - ❂ - ☾ ── I accept payment via:
Items purchased off of my Throne wishlist─ Unsolicited payment for a commission prior to my approval will be considered a donation/gift.
YOU WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
Please discuss your desired commission with me AND receive confirmation from me prior to making any purchases.─ Full payment is required upfront unless the commission totals more than $100 USD, at which point a payment plan may be negotiated.
Payment plans are on a case-by-case basis. Please note that the piece will not progress beyond a rough sketch until 50% of the commission price has been received AND the full completed piece
will not be released to you until the full payment has been received.─ Commissions under $100 USD
will not be started until payment has been received in full.
